What happens when the internet drops?

Shops cannot stop selling. Ask whether it works offline.

Can I take my data with me?

You should be able to export everything, at any time.

Who changed what?

Look for a log of changes, especially for money.

What will it cost over three years?

Add setup, subscription, extra users and support.

Who answers when it breaks?

Ask how to reach a person and how quickly.

How do we move our existing data?

Migration is often the hardest part. Ask who does it and how it is checked.
